Bookings and Payments
All appointments are booked and paid for online through this website. No deposits are required. You may cancel your appointment, however cancellations must be made no later than the day before your scheduled session. Same day cancellations are not accepted. Once a booking is made it is your responsibility to ensure all details are correct.

Refunds and Missed Appointments
No refunds are issued for missed or unattended appointments unless the company agrees in writing. There are no partial refunds or credits for cancellations. Any refund that is approved will be processed at the company’s discretion.

Health and Suitability
Clients booking treatments do so at their own discretion. Treatments offered are for general wellness and are not medical services. It is your responsibility to ensure that the service you select is suitable for your needs.
